1. Service Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable convenience fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
Prosadda-Initiated Cancellations:
If Prosadda cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund, including any convenience fees.
2. Refund Eligibility
Unused Services:
Refunds are applicable only for services that have not been rendered.
Discounted Services:
Services purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable.
Third-Party Services:
Prosadda does not issue refunds for services booked through third-party platforms or partners.
3. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund:
To initiate a refund, contact our customer support with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
Any associated shipping or convenience fees are non-refundable.
