  • Prosadda-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If Prosadda cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund, including any convenience fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Unused Services:

    • Refunds are applicable only for services that have not been rendered.

  • Discounted Services:

    • Services purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable.

  • Third-Party Services:

    • Prosadda does not issue refunds for services booked through third-party platforms or partners.

3. Refund Process

    • To initiate a refund, contact our customer support with your order details and reason for cancellation.

  • Processing Time:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Any associated shipping or convenience fees are non-refundable.
