At Prosadda, we aim to ensure every customer has a smooth and satisfactory experience. While most of our offerings are services (cleaning and pest control), we also provide add-on products and prepaid service packages. This Return Policy applies only to items or packages eligible for return.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You purchased a physical product (e.g., cleaning supplies, consumables) from Prosadda and it is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You purchased a prepaid service package and have not used any service included in that package.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Services already delivered or partially delivered

  • Opened, used, or damaged physical products

  • Discounted / promotional items

  • Customized service packages


2. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product or purchasing a prepaid package.
Beyond 7 days, returns cannot be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@prosadda.com

  2. Provide:

    • Your name

    • Order number / invoice

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (for physical items)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with approval or further instructions.


4. Refund for Returned Items

Once the return is approved and the product is verified by our team:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

  • For prepaid packages, refunds will be pro-rated after deducting payment gateway/processing charges (if applicable)


5. Return Pickup / Delivery

  • For eligible physical products, Prosadda will arrange pickup if available in your area.

  • In some cases, customers may need to ship the item back to our warehouse. Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a Prosadda error (wrong product, damaged in transit, etc.)


6. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Damage occurred after delivery

  • The product packaging is missing or tampered

  • The request is made after the 7-day return window

  • The service package has been partially or fully used


7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may return eligible items and place a new order separately if needed.
