At Pros Adda, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we’re here to make things right — with honesty, fairness, and simplicity.
✅ Service Refunds
We offer professional services that are tailored to your space and needs. However, if you face any issues, we’re happy to work with you on a resolution.
You’re eligible for a refund if:
The service was cancelled by us or a professional didn’t show up
The service was not delivered as described or promised
You’ve reported a problem within 24 hours of service completion with valid proof (photos, videos, or written details)
Refunds will not be processed if:
You cancel the service less than 2 hours before the scheduled time
Issues are due to restricted access, lack of electricity/water, or other on-site limitations beyond our control
Services were partially or fully availed, and issues were not raised immediately
🔄 Rescheduling Instead of Refund?
No problem. If something changes on your end, you can reschedule a service once at least 2 hours before the appointment, free of charge.
💰 How Refunds Work
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
If you paid in cash, refunds will be processed as Pros Adda credits or via bank transfer (as per your choice).
You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your refund is initiated.
🔄 Return Policy for Products (If Applicable)
In case of physical goods (like cleaning supplies, equipment, etc.), returns are accepted only if:
The item was delivered damaged or defective
A return request is raised within 2 days of delivery
The product is unused and in its original packaging
We will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.
